## What is SawaFX?
SawaFX is a free, independent money transfer comparison platform for the African diaspora. We compare real-time rates and fees from 9+ remittance providers (Wise, LemFi, Remitly, WorldRemit, Africhange, Sendwave, TapTapSend, Dahabshiil, Mukuru, Ria) so users can see exactly how much their recipient receives and choose the best option. We never handle money; users complete transfers on the provider's site.

## How it works
1. Choose sending currency (Canada, USA, UK, or Europe) and destination country in Africa.
2. Enter the amount to send.
3. SawaFX fetches live rates every 15 minutes and ranks providers by total amount received (after all fees).
4. Users can filter by payout method: Bank transfer, Mobile money, Cash pickup, or Card where available.
5. Click through to the provider to complete the transfer. SawaFX is comparison only.

## Payout options
On each corridor page we show all available payout methods (Bank, Mobile money, Cash pickup, Card) when the provider offers them. Fees and receive amounts can differ by payout type; filtering by payout ensures accurate comparison.
